How this version works
This version separates habitat accounting into area-based habitat units, hedgerow linear units, and river linear units. Post-development habitat is also split by delivery type, so you can distinguish onsite retention or compensation from offsite compensation.
Area parcels use area, distinctiveness, condition, strategic significance, and risk multipliers. Linear habitats use a simplified length-based method with quality and risk multipliers. The report output summarizes baseline values, onsite gains, offsite gains, and total post-development outcome in a cleaner consultant-style format.
