Refund and Return Policy

Our shop is a print on demand shop. Every T shirt, tote bag, notebook, bandana and scrunchie is made for you only after you place your order, and every eBook, guide and template is delivered as a digital download. Because nothing is kept in stock and nothing can be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice or any other reason that is not our mistake.

When do you offer a refund or replacement?

We replace or refund an item only when you received the wrong product or a damaged product. If that happens, email us at info@simplyecologist.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the wrong or damaged item. We will send a replacement or refund the item, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.

Digital products

eBooks, audio glossaries, guides, templates and all other downloadable products are not returnable and not refundable once the download link has been delivered. If a file is corrupted or will not open, email us and we will send you a working copy.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free worldwide. Because we do not ask you to return items, there are no return shipping costs. Delivery times depend on where you live; see our shipping policy for handling and transit times.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, write to us at info@simplyecologist.com.

I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?

We are sorry if your order arrived damaged or is not what you ordered. To resolve it quickly, email info@simplyecologist.com within 7 days of receiving the product with photos of the item, your order number and any other details about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Product notes

Sometimes there is a slight vinegary smell on newly printed garments. It comes from the printing process and disappears after a few days out of the shipping bag and one wash cycle. You may also notice a faint off white residue on apparel. These are not stains and wash out in the first wash. Our apparel is printed with water based, eco friendly inks. If you receive a product with a mark, please wash it before reporting a problem.
